Hey there! I'm Nancy Duarte, and I'm thrilled you're here. If we're going to dive into unlocking your potential and embracing your journey, let me start with a little introduction.
Meet Nancy Duarte
From Miami to Ministry
Born and raised in sunny Miami, I'm as much a "Miami girl" as pastelitos and café Cubano. My journey started with a deep love for empowering women. At just 21 years old, I married what I thought was my future, not knowing I was meeting my abuser. Through years of pain and adversity, I transformed my struggles into strength, becoming a family therapist who has helped hundreds of women over the past 26 years. With no financial support or help raising my three daughters, I persevered, inspired by my own single mother who was my hero. This journey led me to create Life on Earth Ministries, which has been supporting women and children for 17 years.
The Questions You're Probably Asking
"Can she really understand what I'm going through?"
My path hasn't been without its storms. I've navigated relationship breakdowns, family conflicts, and painful transitions—experiences that have shaped not just my perspective, but my approach to coaching. Your challenges may be unique, but the emotions of feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck are ones I deeply understand.
"What makes her coaching different?"
I bring Miami warmth and authenticity to everything I do. My faith-informed approach combines practical strategies with spiritual guidance, creating a holistic path to healing. I don't just help you survive adversity—I help you transform it into your greatest testimony.
"Is this just going to be a lot of positive thinking fluff?"
Not at all. While hope is essential, I believe in rolling up our sleeves and doing the real work. Together, we'll develop concrete tools, establish healthy boundaries, and create actionable plans that move you forward. Transformation requires both compassion and accountability—I provide both.
"How will I know if I'm making progress?"
We'll clearly define what success looks like for you, and track meaningful milestones along the way. The journey isn't always linear, but you won't be left wondering if you're moving in the right direction.
"Can I really build something beautiful from my broken pieces?"
This question is at the heart of everything I do. And my answer, based on my own journey and those of countless clients, is a resounding yes. Your past hardships are not the end of your story—they're the soil from which your most authentic, purposeful life will grow.
